Born in the mountains of Madera, Chihuahua, our story began in Abuela Chila’s tiny kitchen—where she hand-pressed tortillas before dawn and stirred her legendary salsa with a wooden spoon. After 20+ years mastering those family recipes, Javier and Nubia bring that same warmth and tradition onto our taco truck. Every bite is a celebration of home: slow-simmered meats, fresh-pressed tortillas, and the spirit of grandma’s kitchen united with our own family’s passion.
